My journey into the world of alternative healing began in my younger years, following a significant personal loss. I found myself navigating the emotional waves of everyday life - relationships, responsibilities, inner changes and I often felt overwhelmed and disconnected. That’s when someone close to me suggested I try energy healing. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what it was or how it could help, but I was open. My first session was transformative. I walked away feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace than I had in a long time. It felt like my body had finally exhaled. From that point forward, energy healing became a regular and essential part of my life. It was like counseling - but instead of using words, my body did the talking. Energy work gave me space to process, release, and reset. As time went on, I became deeply fascinated with energy healing. I started to understand how everything is connected - our thoughts, our bodies, our emotions - and how energy plays a role in it all. And as I deepened my understanding, I began to recognize patterns, behaviours, and trust my inner wisdom that had always been there - waiting to be heard. Eventually, that inner trust led me to my purpose: to hold space for others on their healing journey. Through Release and Rebalance Healing Therapies, I create space for people to reconnect to themselves. To release what’s heavy. To rebalance their energy.
